Delete your account
Request deletion of your Freeshop account and the personal data associated with it.
1Delete from inside the app
The fastest way is in the app: open Account settings → Delete account. Your account is removed immediately and your profile and listings are deleted or anonymised as described below.

If you can no longer access the app, submit the form below. Use the email address linked to your Freeshop account so we can verify the request. We action requests within 30 days.
3What is deleted and what is kept
When your account is deleted:
- Account and profile data — deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- Listings and interaction records — retained in archived form for up to 12 months to handle disputes and abuse, then deleted or anonymised.
- Reports and moderation logs — kept up to 2 years for safety, accountability and legal compliance.
- Records we must keep by law (e.g. content referred to the authorities) — kept as long as legally required.
- Technical logs — kept up to 90 days.
